a little resistance training mixed in. The Idea is to mix it up, not only will this help with your lasting success
but you will also see quicker results from your efforts.
4) Learn how to eat, You see bodybuilders eat 5 small meals a day. Now you don't have to be a bodybuilder to
learn from them. The reason to eat this way is it keeps your metabloism fired up and burning; if you combine this
with some of the natural fat burning foods and some comsistent exercise you wiil have lasting success.
5) Set a goal for youself and when you achieve it set another goal. Now I know you have heard this before but it
is important, you see you have to know what you want before you get it.
